03/7How to make Egg Chutney in 15 mins


To make this easy Egg recipe, wash and peel 3 tomatoes, 2 onions. Next, a non-stick pan and add in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, allow it to turn warm and add ½ teaspoon of cumin, 5-8 curry leaves, 5 minced garlic.

04/7Add tomatoes and toss

Once done, add in tomatoes, 1teaspoon red chili powder, 1 handful of coriander leaves and 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste. Cook this masala till the oil starts leaving.

05/7Fry the onions

Once the garlic and curry leaves turn fragrant, add chopped onions, 4 chopped green chilies, 1 handful of coriander leaves along with salt, pepper and 1 pinch turmeric powder. Cook the masala till the onion turns brown.

06/7Cover the lid and cook

Next, reduce the flame and sprinkle some water, toss well. Using a masher, lightly mash the tomatoes. Lastly, crack open two eggs, spread it well by tilting the pan, sprinkle a dash of salt, red chili powder, garam masala and coriander leaves. Cover the lid, reduce the flame and allow it to cook.
