At Face This we enable Indonesian school kids to design and drop fashion items, together with the most incredible (street)artists from around the world. Each month we’ll drop one collaboration. And as the proceeds contribute to the kids’ education, they literally design their own future.
This year, all artists will be designing their artworks with kids’ drawings from the Duduk Atas school on Lombok. This means that all proceeds will contribute to this particular school.
We’re proud to announce to you that Yeye Weller is our artist of the month! Yeye’s clean and colorful artworks are everywhere: in The New York Times, walls in London, skateboards and of course: T-shirts! In fact, for Face This, Yeye designed two tees, a sweater and a tote bag, by collabing with some Indonesian kids from the Duduk Atas school on Lombok, Indonesia. Yes: our second drop just went live! And we’re extremely proud we’ve been able to team up with artist Maus Haus. With 225K followers on Instagram, Australian based Maus Haus is extremely popular. Not long ago she was having a fulltime job, but thanks to her sensational artworks she’s publishing on Instagram, she recently left her successful design career to focus exclusively on her artwork!
